We recommend the dispenser be placed on a flat surface for optimal stability. Due to the larger roll which is much heavier than our traditional parchment dispensers, we also suggest pulling the parchment paper straight up with two hands. This helps the roll unwind evenly until the desired length is achieved.
Details: Each dispenser comes with one 15 " x 205’ roll of culinary grade parchment paper that is unbleached and silicon coated, four rubber feet for stability on any counter, and our “Clean-Cut " Slide Cutter for precise cutting. Parchment paper is FDA approved and Kosher certified.
